This Privacy Policy applies to our website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vexor LLC ("Vexor", "we", "us", or "our"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service.
Account and profile data: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), and company details.
Workspace and employee data: If you are a contractor, we store your company name, trade, address, logo, and the employee records you create. If you are an employee, we store your name, contact information, role, and employment details entered by your employer.
Job and project data: We store jobs, quotes, invoices, daily logs, change orders, materials, receipts, JSAs, photos, videos, blueprints, and related data you enter.
Uploaded media: Photos and videos you upload are stored on our secure cloud infrastructure. We compress media to reduce storage costs. Thumbnails are generated automatically.
Location and GPS data: If you use the timeclock or GPS clock-in features, we may collect your approximate GPS coordinates at clock-in and clock-out. Employers have access to this data for their employees. We collect location only when you actively use these features — not in the background.
Time tracking data: Clock-in/out times, break records, pay periods, and timesheets are stored and accessible to your employer.
Messages and communications: If you use the in-app messaging feature, message content is stored and accessible to workspace administrators.
Support and feedback: When you submit a support ticket, bug report, or feature request, we store the content of that communication.
Payment and subscription data: Subscription and billing data is processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and tier. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Usage and analytics data: We collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature usage, session data) to improve the Service. IP addresses are hashed — we do not store raw IP addresses.
Device and browser information: We may collect browser type, operating system, and device type for technical compatibility and analytics purposes.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We share only the data necessary for each service to function.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vexor, our users, or others.
Vexor is a business management platform used by contractors and their teams. When you use Vexor as an employee, your employer (the workspace owner) has access to the data you generate within their workspace — including timeclock records, GPS clock-in data, photos, JSA signatures, messages, and job activity.
Employers are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their employees for data collection, including GPS tracking and employee monitoring, in accordance with applicable employment and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Raw analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, row-level security on all database tables, and strict access controls.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data and will notify affected users of any confirmed breach as required by law.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking location permission will disable GPS clock-in features.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
