Add and Manage Customers
Your customer list is the backbone of Vexor. Every job, quote, and invoice ties back to a customer, so a clean, current list keeps everything else organized.
Add a customer
There are two ways to add a customer.
- From the Customers section, click + New Customer and fill in their details.
- While creating a job or quote, add the customer right from that form — no need to break off what you're doing.
Either way, the customer is saved and ready to use everywhere.
What to capture
- Name — the person or company you're billing.
- Contact details — a phone number and email, so you and your crew can reach them.
- Address — the service or billing address.
You don't need everything up front. A name is enough to get started; fill in the rest as you learn it.
Keeping the list clean
Over time, customers come and go. When you're no longer working with someone, archive them. Archiving keeps their full history intact but moves them out of your active list — so the customers you see are the ones who matter now.
