Scheduling a job sets when the work happens. Assigning crew sets who does it. Together they turn a job into a dispatched, ready-to-go plan.

From the Schedule or the job itself, assign the crew members who'll be working it. You can put one person or a whole team on a job.

The moment you assign someone, the job appears in their app — on their schedule, in their job list — so they know where to be and what they're doing.

• The job — its title and date.
• The site — the address, so they can navigate straight there.
• Their tasks — anything you've set for them to do on the job.

Crew only see the jobs they're assigned to, so nobody's wading through work that isn't theirs.

Plans change. If you reassign a job or move its date, your crew's app updates with it — they always see the current plan, not last week's.
