Build a Quote
A quote is your priced estimate for a customer. In Vexor you build it line by line, and when it's ready you send it straight from the app.
Start a quote
- Open the Quotes section and click + New Quote.
- Pick the customer the quote is for, or add a new one.
- Give the quote a title that names the work, like "Kitchen Remodel — Phase 1".
Add your line items
A quote is made of line items — each one a piece of the work with a quantity and a price. Add a line for everything you're charging for: labor, materials, equipment.
As you add lines, Vexor totals the quote for you, so the number the customer sees is always right.
Tips for a strong quote
- Be specific — "Demo and haul-away" reads better than "Misc".
- Break out big costs — separate lines for labor and materials make the price easier to trust.
- Check the total before you send — it's the first thing the customer looks at.
Save as you go
Your quote saves as a draft while you build it, so you can step away and come back. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it — that's covered in the next guide.
