Create a JSA and Get Crew Sign-Off
Creating a JSA in Vexor is quick — and once it's out, your crew sign off from their own phones. Here's the flow.
Build the JSA
Open the JSA section and start a new one. Tie it to the job it's for, then fill in the safety detail.
- List the hazards on the site.
- For each hazard, note the control — how the crew stays safe.
- Set the protective gear the job requires.
Vexor can help here — it can suggest hazards and controls for the type of work, so you're starting from a list, not a blank page.
Send it to the crew
Once the JSA is ready, it goes to the crew assigned to the job. They see it in their app before the work starts.
Collect sign-off
Each crew member reads the JSA and signs to confirm they understand it. You can see who has signed and who hasn't — so you know the whole crew is covered before anyone picks up a tool.
If the job changes
If the hazards change partway through a job, update the JSA. Crew are asked to re-acknowledge it, so the signed record always matches the real work.
