Handling Time-Off and Swap Requests

Your crew can request time off and propose shift swaps from their own app. Those requests come to you — nothing changes until you decide.

When a crew member requests time off, it arrives for your review. You see who's asking, the dates, and the reason.

Approve it and it's settled. Decline it and the crew member is told. Either way there's a clear record, instead of a text you'll forget.

If two crew members want to trade days, they can propose a swap. It comes to you the same way — you see the trade and approve or decline it.

The crew sort out who's covering what; you just give the final yes.

Pending requests surface in the Approvals section, and the home board shows a live count so nothing waits unseen.

Crew requests are usually small, but they matter to the person asking. A quick decision — even a no — beats silence. Clear the Approvals list as part of your daily check of the board.
