How the Time Clock Works
The Time Clock replaces paper timesheets and guesswork. Your crew clock in and out from their own phones, and their hours land in Vexor automatically — ready for you to review.
How your crew clock in
A crew member opens their app, clocks in when they start, and clocks out when they finish. Their location is captured at clock-in, so you can see the hours were logged on site.
That's the whole job for them — no paper, no texting you their hours.
What you get
- Accurate hours — start and end times recorded as they happen, not remembered later.
- Location — confirmation that the clock-in happened where the work is.
- A running total — everyone's hours, adding up automatically.
Nothing is final until you say so
Clocked hours are a record of what happened, not an automatic payout. You review every entry and approve it before it counts toward payroll — that's covered in the next guide.
So a missed clock-out or a wrong time isn't a problem. You'll catch it on review and fix it.
