"Job Details: Photos, Notes & Daily Logs"
A job isn't just a name and a date. As work happens, it collects a record — photos, notes, and daily logs — all in one place. That record is your proof of work and your memory of the job.
Open any job from the Jobs section to see it.
Photos
Photos are the visual history of the job. Your crew can add them straight from their phones in the field — before-and-after shots, problems found, finished work.
Every photo is tied to the job, so months later you can still show a customer exactly what was done.
Notes
Notes are quick written updates — a material that ran short, a change the customer asked for, a reminder for the next visit. Anyone with access to the job can add one.
Daily logs
A daily log is a dated summary of a day's work — what got done, who was on site, anything worth recording. Logs build a day-by-day timeline of the job.
For longer jobs, daily logs are invaluable. They answer "what happened on the 14th?" without anyone having to remember.
Keeping it useful
The job record is only as good as what goes into it. Encourage your crew to add a photo and a quick log on every visit — it takes seconds, and it pays off every time a question comes up later.
