Managing Your Crew
The Employees section is your team roster. It's where you add crew, see who's active, and control who has access to your workspace.
Getting crew in is covered in "Invite Your Crew" in the Getting Started section. This guide is about managing them once they're there.
Your roster
The Employees section lists everyone on your team. Each crew member you've approved can sign in, clock hours, and see the jobs you assign them.
Adding and removing access
- To add someone — share your workspace code or invite link, then approve their request.
- To remove someone — take them out of the Employees section. They lose access immediately, which is exactly what you want when someone leaves.
Removing a crew member doesn't erase their history. The hours they clocked and the work they did stay on record.
What your crew can and can't see
Crew members see a focused version of Vexor — their jobs, their schedule, their hours, their safety paperwork. They never see your quotes, your invoices, your reports, or other customers' details.
That separation is automatic. You don't set permissions person by person — being crew is the permission level.
