Put a Job on the Schedule
The Schedule is your calendar — it's where jobs become a plan. Getting a job onto the schedule is what turns "we should do that" into "that's happening Tuesday".
Schedule a job
- Open the Schedule section to see your calendar.
- Pick the day the work happens, or open the job and set its date.
- The job now appears on that day for you and your crew to see.
A job with a date stops being a loose end. It shows on the calendar, it counts toward your scheduled work, and it's ready for crew to be assigned.
Date ranges
Some jobs run longer than a day. Give a job a start and end date and it spans those days on the calendar — so a week-long job looks like a week of work, not a single Monday.
Keeping the schedule honest
The schedule is only useful if it matches reality. When a job moves, update its date. When it's done, mark it completed. A schedule you can trust is one you'll actually use to plan.
