Reading Your Reports
The Reports section turns everything happening in Vexor into numbers you can act on. It pulls from your jobs, invoices, quotes, and time clock — so the picture is always current, with nothing to add up by hand.
The headline numbers
The Reports overview leads with the figures that matter most.
- Total revenue — what you've been paid, plus this month's income.
- Overdue invoices — how much is late, grouped by how late.
- Quote win rate — the share of your sent quotes that customers accept.
- Jobs — how many are active and how many are done.
- Crew hours — the hours your team has logged this month.
Going deeper
Each headline opens into detail. Revenue breaks down month by month, overdue invoices break down by age, and quotes show you which are still open. The overview is the summary — click through when a number raises a question.
Make it a habit
Reports is most useful as a weekly glance, not a once-a-year scramble. A few minutes each week and you'll see the trends — a slipping win rate, a growing overdue pile — while they're still easy to fix.
