Send and Track Your Quotes
A finished quote does nothing sitting in drafts. Once it's ready, send it — and then Vexor tracks where it stands.
Send the quote
When the quote is complete, send it to the customer from the quote itself. They receive it and can review both the work and the price.
A sent quote moves out of your drafts and into your pipeline of open quotes.
Where a quote can stand
- Draft — still being built; not yet sent.
- Sent — with the customer, waiting on their answer.
- Accepted — the customer said yes. Time to schedule the work.
- Declined — the customer passed. The quote stays on record either way.
Tracking your pipeline
The Quotes section shows your quotes by status, so you can see at a glance what's still open. The home board shows a live count of quotes waiting on a customer.
Your quote win rate — how many sent quotes get accepted — shows up in Reports, so you can see how your pricing is landing.
Following up
A quote sitting in "Sent" for a while is worth a phone call. A quick, friendly follow-up turns more quotes into jobs than anything else you can do.
