Set Up Your Company Profile
Your company profile is the face of your business inside Vexor. Your name, logo, and contact details flow straight onto every quote and invoice you send — so it's worth getting right before anything goes out to a customer.
It takes about three minutes.
Open your settings
- From the home board, open the navigation and go to Settings.
- Find the company or workspace section.
- You'll see the fields for your business details — that's where everything below goes.
What to fill in
- Company name — the header on quotes, invoices, and your customer-facing pages. Use your real, registered business name.
- Logo — upload a square image if you have one. It appears on PDFs and your portal.
- Contact details — a phone number and email a customer can actually reach you at.
- Business address — your office or mailing address.
Why it matters
Everything here is customer-facing. A quote with your logo and real contact details looks far more professional than a blank template — and it gives the customer an easy way to get back to you.
You can change any of this at any time; updates apply to new quotes and invoices going forward.
