A customer in Vexor is more than a name and a phone number. Open any customer and you see their whole story with you — every job, quote, and invoice in one place.
What you'll find
- Jobs — every job you've done or scheduled for this customer.
- Quotes — what you've estimated for them, and which quotes they accepted.
- Invoices — what you've billed, and what's been paid.
- Contact details — their phone, email, and address.
Why it's useful
When a customer calls, their record is the fastest way to get up to speed. You can see at a glance whether they have an open invoice, a job in progress, or a quote still waiting on an answer — before you even pick up.
It's also your history for repeat work. A customer you helped last year is right there, with everything you did for them, when they call again.
Keeping it accurate
The customer record builds itself — every job, quote, and invoice you create against a customer shows up here automatically. The one thing worth doing by hand is keeping their contact details current, so you're never chasing an old number.
