When a customer accepts a quote, the work is yours. The next step is turning that quote into a job you can schedule and track — and Vexor does it without making you re-type anything.

Once a quote is marked accepted, you can create a job from it directly. The customer, the work, and the details carry straight over to a new job.

The quote stays on record, linked to the job, so you can always look back at what was priced and agreed.

With the job created, pick up the normal job flow.

• Set the job's date and assign your crew from the Schedule.
• Update the status to In Progress when work starts.
• Invoice from the job when the work is done.

Building the job from the quote keeps everything connected. The quoted price, the customer, and the scope all match — so when it's time to invoice, there are no surprises and no double entry.
