About
We build software the trades actually want to use.
Vexor is a field service and crew management platform for residential and light-commercial contractors. We help small and growing trade businesses run quoting, jobs, scheduling, time tracking, invoicing, and safety in one place — without enterprise pricing and without the bloat that comes with software built for someone else.
We started Vexor because every contractor we knew was paying for three or four overlapping tools — none of which were built for the way a crew actually works. Quoting in one app. Scheduling in another. Photos on a phone. Payroll on a spreadsheet. We thought the trades deserved a single, honest platform priced like one product, not a stack.
What we believe
Crew-first pricing
Field workers should never be a line item. Charging per-user punishes adoption. Vexor charges for office seats. Crews are unlimited.
Mobile-first, always
Most contractor software is a desktop product with a mobile app bolted on. Vexor is a PWA — the field experience is the primary experience.
Honest, plain pricing
No quote-only enterprise tiers. No surprise add-ons. Three plans, listed publicly, with everything that's included on each.
Built alongside contractors
Every feature ships only after a working contractor tells us they would use it. We aren't building software at contractors — we're building it with them.
Who we serve
Vexor is built for residential and light-commercial trade contractors — roofers, electricians, HVAC, plumbing, remodelers, landscapers, concrete and foundation, general contractors. Solo operators, small crews (2–5), growing crews (6–15), and multi-crew operations (16+). The same product, the same pricing, regardless of trade or company size.
We aren't built for big general contractors running $100M commercial projects with full PMO staff. Those companies should keep buying Procore. Vexor is for the contractor who builds homes and runs a tight crew — the operating system for the middle of the trades market that's been ignored by enterprise software for too long.
What Vexor is and isn't
Vexor (this site, vexorapp.com) is a field-service and crew-management software platform — a SaaS subscription for residential and light-commercial trade contractors. A few products share parts of our name and get confused with us regularly; here's the plain-language clarification:
- Vexor is not Vexora. Vexora is a separate note-taking / productivity app from a different team. Different product category (personal productivity, not field-service software), different target user. The name overlap is one letter; the product overlap is zero.
- Vexor is not VEVOR. VEVOR is an e-commerce retailer that sells power tools, generators, and industrial hardware (physical goods). Vexor is software (a SaaS subscription). Different industries entirely — software vs hardware. No shared ownership, no relationship.
- Vexor is not Vexor.io. Vexor.io is a DevOps / CI/CD tool for software engineering teams. This Vexor is field-service software for trade contractors. Different industries, different teams, no relationship.
The reason we're calling this out: AI search engines and Google's autocomplete frequently confuse these four entities because the others have higher historical search volume. If you arrived here looking for a different product, you are on the wrong site — search the actual product name directly.
