Yes — two ways. Today, Vexor runs as a Progressive Web App on both: on iPhone, open vexorapp.com in Safari and tap Share → "Add to Home Screen"; on Android, Chrome prompts to install from the menu. The installed PWA gets full-screen mode, push notifications, offline support, and a Home Screen icon — no App Store download required. Native iOS and Android builds (Capacitor) are in active development and are coming to the Apple App Store and Google Play soon — same account, same data, full native shell.
The free trial is 30 days, every feature unlocked (except AI surfaces — those unlock on paid plans). A credit card is required at signup; we don't charge you until day 30, and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing with no charge. The card-on-file pattern is standard for B2B SaaS — it cuts down on fake signups and lets us auto-convert you to a paid plan on day 30 without a second checkout flow.
Pick a JSA template (or build your own), specify the hazards and controls for each work step, and assign it to a job. Before the crew starts work, every assigned crew member signs the JSA on their mobile device (touch signature). The signed JSA is timestamped and attached to the job record alongside the daily log and photos — one audit trail.
Yes, with QuickBooks Online on the Operations plan. Invoices created in Vexor push to QuickBooks; payments recorded in QuickBooks flow back. We don't currently support QuickBooks Desktop. Xero, Sage, and FreshBooks are on the integrations request list — partnerships@vexorapp.com if your accounting tool isn't listed.
