Will I lose selection sheets / warranties?
Yes — those are not in Vexor. If they're core to how you sell custom homes, Buildertrend is the right product. If they're used occasionally, Vexor's documents + change-order workflow can cover the same ground manually.
What about subcontractor portals?
Vexor includes free read-only sub + GC portals on every plan. Buildertrend's sub portal is similar; Vexor's is simpler.
