Housecall Pro per-user pricing

Housecall Pro's per-user pricing got out of hand?

Housecall Pro's "$30/user/month past the included seats" looks small on the sales call. By the time you've added 8 techs and 2 office staff, you're past $400/mo for what is, fundamentally, a dispatch app. Hiring becomes a billing event. Every new technician costs $30/mo before they've generated revenue. Vexor's answer: field crew is unlimited on every plan. You can scale the field team without scaling the bill.

What this is costing you

A 10-person Housecall Pro team on the Essentials plan is $149 base + ~$270 in per-user adds = ~$419/mo. Vexor Field covers the same team flat at $99/mo. That's $3,600/year back. Use the calculator for your exact size.

Frequently asked

What does Housecall Pro actually cost?

The Basic tier is around $59/mo (1 user), Essentials around $149/mo (~5 users), Max around $279/mo (~10 users). Past the included users it's ~$30/user/mo. Check housecallpro.com/pricing for current numbers.

Does Vexor do service dispatch?

Yes — schedule, assign, GPS clock-in, job-status tracking, customer communication, invoicing. Same surface area as Housecall Pro plus JSA + daily logs + photo management + sub/GC portals.

What about payments?

Vexor uses Stripe for invoice payments. Stripe's rates apply (~2.9% + 30¢). No Vexor markup on the processor fee.

Will my technicians need training?

The crew app is intentionally simple: clock in, see today's jobs, upload photos, sign JSA, message office. Most field techs are productive in 10 minutes.
