Trying to cancel Jobber? Here's how to make the switch clean.
Cancelling a SaaS subscription should be easy, and Jobber does let you cancel from settings — but the bigger anxiety is "what happens to my data, my customers, my history?" The answer is: you own your data either way, but you need to export it BEFORE you cancel, not after. Below is the clean cutover plan we walk every Jobber-to-Vexor migration through.

Export everything from Jobber first
Settings → Data export. Pull customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, and any reports you reference. Save them somewhere outside Jobber.

Download every job photo to local storage
Jobber doesn't bulk-export photos. You'll need to grab them per job. Tedious but one-time.

Can I cancel Jobber at any time?
Jobber is typically month-to-month. Check your specific plan terms in Settings → Billing.
What if I have an annual Jobber plan?
You can usually cancel the auto-renewal but keep service until your annual term ends. Vexor can run alongside Jobber during that window — both can be active simultaneously, no conflict.
Will Jobber delete my data after I cancel?
SaaS vendors typically retain data for 30-90 days post-cancellation for re-activation. Export first regardless.
