VAT

EU VAT varies by member state (17% Luxembourg, 19% Germany / Cyprus / Romania, 20% France, 21% Spain / Netherlands, 22% Italy, 23% Ireland / Poland / Portugal, up to 27% Hungary). For VAT-registered B2B customers, Vexor invoices are zero-rated with reverse-charge notation. For non-registered customers, standard MOSS-handled VAT applies.

Currency

Display in EUR. Underlying Stripe charge is USD; Stripe converts at checkout. EU data residency available on the Operations plan (Supabase Frankfurt region).

No per-seat fees

Both plans include unlimited office staff, unlimited field crew, and unlimited subcontractors. Add as many people as you need — the monthly price never changes based on headcount.
