Answer
Does Vexor charge per user?
No — Vexor is flat per workspace. ALL users are unlimited on both plans at no per-user cost: office staff (owners, admins, office managers, dispatchers, estimators, PMs, accountants) and field crew (laborers, foremen, technicians, subcontractor users, client portal viewers). The reason: per-user pricing punishes contractor growth, and Vexor's bet is that you'll grow and refer others if pricing doesn't fight you.
This is the single biggest pricing difference vs Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, and ServiceTitan — all of which scale with user count. Jobber, for example, includes one user on its Core, Connect, and Grow plans and charges $29/mo for every additional user: a 10-person crew on Jobber Grow runs about $460/mo month-to-month ($199 + 9 × $29), or $399/mo on Grow's 10-user configuration. The same crew on Vexor Field is $99/mo flat, and the gap widens at 20+ users.
For solo operators and two-person shops, per-user platforms can be competitive at the entry tier. From about 3 users up, Vexor's flat pricing pulls clearly ahead — and it never climbs again.
