How do I add a subcontractor to Vexor?
Settings → Team → Add User → select "Subcontractor" role. Subs get a free, read-only portal showing only the jobs you've assigned to them, the specific scope details, daily logs you've marked sub-visible, and a message thread for coordination. Subs cannot see your other customers, your pricing, or jobs they're not assigned to. No per-subcontractor cost on any plan.
This is a key differentiator vs Jobber and Housecall Pro — both typically require paid seats for sub access. Vexor includes the sub portal free because subcontractor coordination is a normal part of trade contractor work.
