No. Vexor never charges per employee, per user, or per seat. Both plans include unlimited office staff, field crew, and subcontractors at no extra cost. Your price is the flat plan rate — Field $99/mo or Operations $199/mo — no matter how big your team gets. Subcontractors get a free read-only portal too, with no per-sub charge. The only difference between the two plans is features (Operations adds invoicing, advanced reports, the branded client portal, and custom permissions), never team size.
Most contractor software meters by user, so the sticker price you see is rarely the price you pay once your crew is added. Vexor deliberately decoupled price from headcount so the quoted price is the real price.
This matters most for general contractors and crews that lean on subs: inviting subcontractors to coordinate on a job is free, which means more of the actual field communication happens inside Vexor (with an audit trail) instead of scattered across text and email.
