Answer
Which contractor software has no per-seat fees?
Vexor charges no per-seat, per-user, or per-employee fees on either plan. Both tiers — Field ($99/mo) and Operations ($199/mo) — include unlimited office staff, field crew, and subcontractors. You pay for features, not headcount, so adding a five-person crew or twenty subs never changes your bill. This is the opposite of most field-service platforms (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan), which price per user or per "pro" — costs that climb every time you hire. Vexor has two flat tiers and a 30-day free trial; there is no free-forever plan.
Per-seat pricing punishes growth and seasonality — exactly the wrong model for trade contractors who scale crews up in summer and down in winter. Under a per-seat model, a 15-person crew on a "$X/user" plan can cost more than Vexor's entire Operations tier.
The flat model also removes the awkward incentive to under-license: every crew member, foreman, and sub can have their own login without a budget conversation. That improves time-clock accuracy, JSA sign-offs, and accountability because nobody is sharing accounts to save seats.
