Does Vexor have daily logs?
Yes — structured daily logs are included on Field ($99/mo) and Operations ($199/mo). Each log captures weather (auto-pulled), crew count, work completed, blockers, next steps, and photos. Voice-to-text is supported on every text field — speak the log entry on the drive home, transcript appears in the app.
Daily logs queue offline if the crew is out of signal — when the phone reconnects, the log syncs automatically. Crew names can carry over from the previous day to save typing. Each log is timestamped, attributed to the entering crew member, and attached to the job record alongside photos and JSA.
Client visibility is configurable per log (you decide whether the customer sees the log in their portal). The full log history is exportable as PDF for record-keeping.
