Answer
Does Vexor work offline?
Partially — daily logs, notes, photos, and JSA acknowledgements queue locally on the mobile PWA and sync when the device reconnects to the internet. Photo upload retries until success. Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and admin operations require a live connection (those workflows need real-time data and conflict-resolution).
The offline pattern matches how trade crews actually work — they document on the jobsite (often weak/no signal), then sync when they're back at the truck, the office, or somewhere with WiFi. Vexor's offline queue is durable across app restarts, phone reboots, and connection interruptions.
For crew members working in remote / no-signal areas all day, the typical workflow is: clock in when at the truck (signal), capture photos + notes + daily log offline throughout the day, sync at the end of the day. No data loss.
