Does Vexor sync with QuickBooks Desktop?
No — Vexor currently only syncs with QuickBooks Online (QBO). QuickBooks Desktop sync is not on the active roadmap. Most contractors switching to Vexor also move from QuickBooks Desktop to QBO at the same time; the two transitions complement each other and reduce ongoing reconciliation work.
If you must stay on QuickBooks Desktop, you can still use Vexor — invoices and payments export from Vexor as CSV / IIF, which QuickBooks Desktop imports manually. The reconciliation is ~15 minutes per week for a typical residential operation.
Intuit has been gradually retiring QuickBooks Desktop features in favor of QBO since 2024, so most contractor accountants now recommend QBO as the long-term path.
