Answer

How does Vexor handle scheduling?

Vexor's schedule is built around multi-day, multi-person crew blocks — not single-tech visit dispatching. Drag-drop assignment of crews to jobs, shift-swap requests with supervisor approval, time-off tracking, and recurring-job templates for routine work. Two-way Google Calendar sync on every plan. The schedule view shows all crew commitments at a glance with conflict warnings if you over-assign someone.

This is one of the structural differences from Jobber or Housecall Pro — those apps are built around the service-tech workflow where one tech goes to one customer for one visit. Trade contractor work usually doesn't look like that: you assign 3 people to a roof tear-off for two days, then shift two of them to a different job mid-week.

The Approval Center workflow handles shift swaps, time-off requests, and timesheet approvals — so supervisors review and approve from one inbox instead of chasing texts and emails.
