Selections

The materials, fixtures, finishes, and colors the owner chooses during a remodel or build.

A residential remodel typically has dozens of selections: cabinet brand and door style, countertop material, tile pattern, paint colors, fixture finishes, hardware. Each selection has a deadline (often weeks before installation) and a budget allowance. Missed selection deadlines are one of the top causes of residential remodel schedule slip.
