Answer

Does Vexor have time tracking?

Yes — GPS time clock is included on the Field plan ($99/mo) and above. Crew members clock in from their mobile device with a 4-digit PIN, tap the active job, and Vexor records the timestamp, GPS coordinates, and job. Geofencing is configurable per job. Overtime rules (daily, weekly, double-time) per state are built in. Payroll reports export to CSV for QuickBooks Online or any payroll processor.

No separate app needed — the same Vexor PWA the crew uses for daily logs, photos, and messaging handles time clock. Each user gets a 4-digit PIN scoped to their device for fast in-and-out clocking without password friction.

Geofencing flags (rather than blocks) clock-ins outside the job radius — so a tech can still clock in if they're briefly off-site for parts, but the office sees the flag for review. Approval Center workflow lets supervisors approve weekly timesheets with notes back to the crew member.
