Answer

Does Vexor replace QuickBooks Time?

Yes — for the contractor time-tracking use case. Vexor's GPS time clock covers the same workflow (clock in, geofencing, OT rules, payroll reports) bundled with the entire rest of the contractor workflow at $99/mo flat (Field plan). QuickBooks Time alone costs $20/mo base + $10/user/mo — for a 10-person crew that's $120/mo for time tracking only.

Migration is straightforward — export historical time entries from QuickBooks Time as CSV, import to Vexor for record-continuity, then have the crew start clocking in via Vexor going forward. See /migrate/quickbooks-time for the step-by-step.

One current limitation: Vexor doesn't yet push time-to-payroll directly to QuickBooks Online (that integration is on the roadmap). For now, download Vexor's payroll CSV and import it to QuickBooks payroll manually — ~15 minutes per pay period.
